RULES AND POLICIES

1) As per notification issued by Government if India, service tax will be applicable on the net amount payable for all bookings.

2) We request you to please check all the rates with us, as rates are subject to change without prior notice.

3) Though we take utmost care in arranging the hotel bookings, for all our guests, our company does not own, operate or control any hotels and acts only as an agent for all the services rendered. We will hence not be held responsible or liable for any compensation, damages or refund in case of any shortcomings in the quality of the hotel, or the service rendered there. Similarly, we will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation or refund in lieu of any untoward incidents, or any unfortunate event of any delays, loss, injury, accident, or any other irregularities, caused by the hotel, or for any other reason whatsoever. The responsibility in such eventualities rests solely with the hotels.

4) If any service or facility that is advertised or mentioned by the hotel in their brochures, or advertisements is not provided by the hotels, then our company is not responsible for the same. The responsibility for this will rest solely with the hotel.

5) For packages and transport, no refund will be given for any unutilized part of the service.

6) Once the booking is made, no cancellation will be done thereafter. In that case our company is not responsible for any refund.
